These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DataRise Hub platform. By engaging with our analytics services or accessing forecasting insights, you agree to be bound by these provisions in their entirety.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing datarisehub.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. DataRise Hub provides professional-grade data modeling and forecasting. Usage of these tools signifies a formal acknowledgement of the professional responsibilities outlined herein. If you represent an enterprise client, you warrant that you have the delegated authority to bind said entity to these terms.
2. Scope of Services
DataRise Hub specializes in high-fidelity data processing. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Analytics Engine: Provision of cloud-based statistical computational power for complex data sets.
- Forecasting Models: Delivery of predictive insights based on historical patterns and market volatility indicators.
- Strategic Consultation: Advisory services regarding the implementation of data-driven workflows within corporate structures.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated in a specific Master Service Agreement (MSA), all proprietary algorithms, visualization frameworks, and forecasting methodologies presented on the Hub remain the exclusive property of DataRise Hub. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view results and insights for internal business purposes only. Extraction of raw code or reverse-engineering of our analytics architecture is strictly prohibited.
Usage Restriction Warning
Misuse of automated scraping tools or unauthorized API calls to harvest our economic forecasting data will result in immediate IP termination and potential legal escalation under the cybersecurity laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
4. User Obligations & Conduct
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree not to:
Uploading corrupted data or malicious scripts designed to interfere with our analytics engine.
Redistributing copyrighted insights to third-party competitors without written consent.
5. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer
While our forecasting models utilize advanced heuristic patterns, all insights are provided for informational and strategic guidance. DataRise Hub does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes. Markets are inherently volatile; our analytics serve to reduce uncertainty, not eliminate it. Financial decisions based on our reports remain the sole responsibility of the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DataRise Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DataRise Hub in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Technical Integrity
Our protocols are updated in real-time to match global data standards.
7. Modifications to Service
DataRise Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice for significant changes to analytics tools that may impact ongoing enterprise operations. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. Provisions regarding IP, indemnity, and liability shall survive termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
